The position: Wound care in this company is entering an exciting phase of its development in the UK. In November 2014 they launched a new product which is delivering exceptional results. They are the fastest growing wound care company globally. Ideally, you should have wound care experience and relationships across district and practice nurses. As a Territory Manager within the Continence Care division, you will work closely with your Regional Business Leader, NHS Partnership Manager and nursing team to create and manage account plans to grow your business. You will be part of a cycle that responds to the needs of a patient with action and innovation. Understanding that both customers and patients' needs lead to better product design and this is reflected in the way you are encouraged to sell the Intermittent Self-Catheterisation product portfolio.
In this role, your customer focus will be mainly specialist nurses however you will be empowered to identify other customers that are important to your account plans. This is a job for someone who is ambitious, desires success and is willing to take responsibility for growing their business. Above all, you will be passionate about making a difference to patients' lives with private and personal medical conditions.
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated sales professional in the medical field who thrives on working autonomously and in a highly competitive therapy area. You will be passionate about what you do, and ideally, have experience of working with specialist nurses. You will have a successful track record of performance with the ability to demonstrate account management, selling skills and commercial awareness. You must be performance driven, with the ability to build long-term working relationships and at the same time have the ability to respond with sensitivity and empathy to customer and patient needs. You will be a resilient individual who takes accountability and is driven to deliver business results as well as being able to work in a wider team.
