The Position: They are now looking for a self-motivated and driven sales person to join their South East team covering the South Thames territory.

Area working: South London (below Thames within M25)

You will be responsible for achievement of area sales targets and development of all major accounts on territory. This is a busy sales role and you should be comfortable calling on customers throughout the hospital. You will manage the sales process from initial contact with customers through to clinical evaluations, negotiations and implementations. You will ensure you look after all existing business as well as developing new accounts. You will be selling the range of critical care products to a wide range of customers and departments which include Procurement, Wards, Critical Care, Infection Control, Clinical Governance, Emergency Unit, IV Nursing Teams, Anaesthetics, Theatres, Maternity, Day Surgery Unit, Special Care Baby Unit, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Practice Development Team, OPAT Teams. The majority of your time will be spent selling to NHS Hospitals.
Although some degree of medical sales experience would be beneficial for this role (1-2 years), attitude is the most important thing. In view of this graduates or clinical staff looking to break into the industry will also be considered if you can demonstrate the right attributes. You should be highly self-motivated and driven to succeed. You will be customer focused and want to provide your customers with value. You will be resilient, tenacious and aspirational.
