The Position: A vacancy has now arisen for an experienced Product Manager to manage their OTC and aesthetic portfolio of products.

You will contribute to the development of the annual UK/Ireland Sales + Marketing plan, and will manage the implementation of activities within the plan providing clear direction to sales teams on existing and new product launch strategies. You will support the commercialisation of new products and work with the Business Unit Head and professional relations team to ensure a robust training plan for maximising growth potential of new and existing products and have an active role in supporting the key account manager and sales reps during early product trials in order to gather insight, share best practice and drive accelerated growth of new products.
With regard to execution, you will support the implementation of new product launch activities with an integrated promotional plan designed to maximise sales growth for the portfolio and will maintain brand identity ensuring consistency of message driving tactical programmes that address internal and external stakeholder needs.
You will have a Life Science degree or equivalent professional qualification with previous experience of operating within a multi-national healthcare company. You should have product/marketing management experience in consumer health or healthcare products and must have experience of product launch. In addition, you should be able to demonstrate the ability to deliver to tight deadlines in a results-oriented organisation and have demonstrable business case development capabilities as well as strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
