Territory Manager - Urology

Job Description

The Position: They are now looking for an experienced medical sales rep with an established and successful track record to join their urology team.

Basic salary: Negotiable

Bonus: £12,000

Benefits: car, pension, healthcare (after 6-months), 10x death in service

Area:  Derby, Nottingham, Lincoln, Leicester, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk

Products: Urology devices (e.g. leg bags and catheters)

Your experience:  

Educated to A-Level standard (or equivalent), you will have already started your career in medical sales and have at least 3 years experience. You should have a solid and stable career track record, your CV should include sales results and achievements and you should be able to back this up at interview.   If you have also worked as a nurse this would be highly advantageous although is not essential.  Personality is key, and as such you will be an excellent relationship builder and demonstrate passion and enthusiasm. 

The role:

You will spend the majority of time selling into hospitals dealing with urology nurse specialists, urologists, uro-gynae consultants, ITU staff, spinal injury clinics and procurement. There may be a minimal amount of contact with district nurses. With a strong educational element to the role, you will coordinate training programmes with support from the Clinical Advisor. This rewarding role will also entail a degree of patient contact.
