The Position: Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a high calibre, enthusiastic graduate to join their team as a Product Specialist working in conjunction with sales and marketing.
Why Should You Apply?
Basic salary: £25,000 - £30,000
Bonus: annual 10% of basic based on KPI's / objectives
Area working: Office based (within 1 hour of High Wycombe) but travel throughout the UK
Products: Pessaries for pelvic organ prolapse, urodynamic products and suprapubic catheter
This is an excellent introduction to the medical device industry, giving you exposure to sales, marketing and new product development. Working with "gold standard" and marketing leading products you will report directly to the Sales and Marketing Director. You will work closely with both the marketing team and the sales team to drive product sales. You will be the company expert for the specified product range, in regard to how the products are used, features & benefits and technical know-how, and will also be the company expert for competitor products. You will spend time inpatient clinics and will also be required to spend some time in theatre.
You will be a graduate from an intellectual discipline and will be looking to develop your career within the medical device industry. You will be keen to learn, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work on your own initiative and take instructions when necessary. You will have a flexible and entrepreneurial approach and be able to travel around the UK as part of your role.
