The Company: This healthcare organisation which provides quality residential senior care has recently been recognised as a top 20 recommended large care home group for the second year running. With a genuine passion for senior care they pride themselves on making a real difference to the lives of their residents. They respect and care for their residents as individuals and have an industry leading programme developed to support people living with dementia.

The Position:  Due to growth and expansion, they are now seeking a dynamic and talented Senior Sales Executives to join their management team based in Anglia

Basic salary: c£35,000

Area working: East Anglia - based from Lowestoft 

Products: Nursing home occupancy 

The role:

You will work closely with home managers and the head office management team.  You will be responsible for generating new leads/revenue and, subsequently, new clients from a range of referral sources, to ensure that occupancy targets are achieved or exceeded for existing homes, as well as working on commissioning of new home build projects. Your role will also involve introducing and explaining the range of care services available to potential private paying clients and/or their family members – ultimately presenting to them a bespoke care solution. 

Using your expertise and knowledge, you will ensure that this private nursing home company enjoy a wide range of exposure to the private pay sector which will allow it to optimise its commercial value/presence in this sector. You will facilitate and support each client’s move- in process and work with the home manager to ensure a smooth transition.

You will work with an in-house marketing team, bringing your established knowledge to help develop a marketing strategy for this sector of their business. 

You will contribute to all aspects of marketing and business development initiatives.

Your experience:

Due to expansion this organisation is looking for an experienced healthcare consultative sales professional who can identify and grow business within the private-paying care home sector and act as an ambassador for their brand.  As a Sales Executive with this company you will be part of a team of professionals who are dedicated to providing the highest standards of quality care to the people they support. 

You will be a dynamic and self-motivated sales person who will drive the development of the commissioning and private pay sector of the group. Ideally you will have previous sales experience gained from working within the care sector for a large care group/provider.
