Job Description

With its constantly growing portfolio, which comprises of 5,000 different products, 95 percent of which are manufactured by the company they are involved in a diverse range of therapy/disease areas. The aim of the role is to make sure both senior NHS clinicians and payors are aware of the value this product can offer both to patients and to the NHS budgets. 

The Position:  This role involves selling to Theatre departments focusing on the Surgical & Endoscopy portfolio.

Basic salary: Competitive

Bonus: +£20,000

Products: Operating Room Technology - Sterile technology (surgical instruments), power systems and managed services for surgical equipment, and endoscopy equipment.

The role:

As a Surgical Sales Consultant, you will be required to achieve a sales plan through the development of new surgical accounts and successful, proactive introduction of Operating Room Technology surgical products to customers, in line with company sales objectives.

Your experience:

The ideal candidate will have proven medical sales experience in Theatre departments. Sales experience in the endoscopic market would be preferred, however other experience of selling to theatre and associated theatre staff (including procurement) would be considered.

You should have the ability to absorb and deliver technical product information in a clinical environment, have a strong knowledge of all major market segments and appropriate competitors and be a determined and enthusiastic individual.
