Summary My client has more than 15 years experience in both the Acute and Community sectors and offer a wide range of specialist pressure care products and services to meet patient and carer needs. In response to NHS drives to improve patient care with cost effective products and service and reduce the incidence of patients developing pressure ulcers during treatment, they sell and rent pressure reducing equipment in both hospital and community sectors, encompassing:
• Dynamic mattresses
• Static mattresses
• Chairs
• Cushions
• Profiling beds.
Role Candidates will be selling pressure care equipment to hospitals and the community dealing with nursing staff and purchasing and supplies. About 60% of time will spent in the community.
Person Ideally you will have a Nursing background and previous medical sales experience. Any experience of dealing with NHS acute trusts and PCTs would be advantageous as would any previous experience of dealing with TVNs. However, candidates without the nursing background will also be considered.
