- Summary An opportunity to work in a small niche market team for a worldwide market leader in infection control software. You should have prior ‘New Business’ experience and be driven and determined to succeed. This company has experienced significant worldwide growth. Their software is now used in over 1,000 hospitals and clinics in 10 different countries with nearly 100% customer retention. You will be rewarded with an excellent financial package and the opportunity to deal with key decision makers in the NHS.
- Role Selling to heads of Procurement/Finance and IT, you will be responsible for expanding the company’s business within the region. The role is not a clinical focused sell – but will involve dealing with key decision makers, putting together packages for hospitals/trusts and opening new accounts. The company have an established account base but this role will be focusing on new business opportunities.
- Person You will be a successful & driven ‘new business’ executive who has a documented record of achievement in developing new business and securing sales. You should be ambitious, resilient and be comfortable with dealing with senior decision makers. Ideally you will have prior experience of selling to heads of Finance, Heads of IT and other senior decision makers.
- Bachelors degree (2:1) or higher.
- Medical sales experience with a majority of time spent in hospitals.
- Documented track record of sales success (President's Club, etc) in hospital or software.
- Consistent ranking in top quartile among sales peers.
- Knowledge of infectious diseases, or infection prevention, or antibiotics.
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
- Products Medical IT Software for Infection Control who takes in already available data/statistics to monitor and predict which patients may be susceptible to Infection and then suggest treatment options.
