  • Role My client is looking for a Sales Development Manager to join their team. The main purpose of the role will be to plan, develop and manage the increase of our Ostomy product sales through wholesalers, NHS logistics and other distributors, also to achieve all targets by effectively managing the Regional Territory Managers and overseeing the Ostomy Sales Team.
  • Person The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years sales experience plus a minimum of 3 years management experience within medical sales. Excellent communication skills, creative and innovative, decision maker, have drive and determination, interpersonal sensitivity, excellent planning and organising, resilient, excellent teamworking and detailed in depth knowledge of product and processes.
