  • Summary This company is devoted to the discovery, development, manufacture and marketing of innovative, high-technology therapies and products for the wound care, tissue regeneration and therapeutic support system markets. with leadership positions in advanced wound care, negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT) and Therapeutic Support Systems.
  • Role The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the sales team delivers against it's set targets to maximise sales on the territory. This will include identifying and developing business opportunities to help the company achieve its strategic and business objectives. Responsible for overseeing and supporting the team in their identification and targeting of strategic Health Authority, PCT's, NHS Trusts to access funding streams, in both primary and secondary care area. The successful candidate will be managing a team of 6 Territory Managers and 1 BDM.
  • Person You will be a successful and proven sales manager, with a demonstrable record of managing a sales team of medical territory managers to achieve and exceed target. You will have the drive and focus required to manager a successful sales team within a multinational organisation, and will have an in-depth knowledge of the UK medical sales sector (ideally both PCT and acute). Other desirable attributes include high level negotiating experience, experience of capital sales, budgetary/P&L experience, and a science or business degree.
