Summary As a multi million dollar global leader in the orthopaedics market, our client is passionate about innovation and developing new technology. They specialise in the design and manufacture of implants which replace hips, knees, shoulders, and elbows, biomaterials, bone cements and orthopaedic surgical instruments.
Role Candidates will be responsible for managing the company's sales team throughout the Northern region, managing a team of 8 Territory Managers. The company are currently going through a programme of exapnsion and this is a key appointment within the senior management team.
Person You will be an experienced man-manager with a proven and demonstrable track record of driving a sales team to hit targets within the orthopaedic industry. Candidates will be of graduate calibre, and will ideally have had exposure to both sales and business management.
