  • Role The role involves selling into hospitals on the territory. The company have recently opened a new aseptic compounding unit and now need sales people to actively promote the service. You will be selling to and setting up trials with Hospital/Aseptic Pharmacists, Emergency Medics, Resuscitation Officers and to clinicians in ITU and ENT. You will also be selling licensed products and pre-filled syringes. The sell is a direct, order-closing device-type sell.
  • Person For this role, ideally you will have experience of aseptic compounding or chemotherapy. Any experience of selling unlicensed products would be advantageous. A pharmaceutical hospital specialist or exceptional devices sales representative will be considered. The company are also looking to focus more on ITU, so anyone who has sold into this area would be of interest. At interview the candidate's ability and confidence to close and ask for business will be assessed, as will their territory planning skills.
