- Summary My client is one of the world's leading providers of single-use surgical and wound care products and services to the health care sector.
- Role This role will entail selling a range of theatre consumables into hospitals across the South West territory. Customers will include Theatre Managers, Surgeons, ODPs and procurement personnel. In addition, it will involve:-
- Prioritisation of daily activity to ensure efficient and effective use of selling time on territory.
- Selection of KOL’s to develop for the territory to create a network of product champions.
- Identification of PRO accounts in line with Selection Criteria & Tollgate Process.Working together with a Surgical Specialist on the territory you will be involved with:-
- Local product campaigns.
- Territory plan objectives for each Account Team member necessary in order to achieve and exceed the sales targets.
- Strategy for developing business.
- Conversion planning in PRO Accounts. - Person • Minimum of 3 - 4 years within a sales environment
• Relevant healthcare experience preferably within a Surgical or medical device environment.
• Highly developed communication and presentation skills.
• Proven track record in account management is desirable, selling to procurement level customers is essential.
• Demonstration of consultative selling skills. - Products Theatre consumables (drapes, gowns, prcedure packs etc).
