Put simply, we are looking for anybody who has the necessary experience and skills to take a more senior managerial position. You may already be at that level and be looking for a new challenge. For example if you are a regional sales manager you may want to become a national sales manager, or if you are a BDM at a medium size company you may want to make the step up to a similar job at a larger company.
We also want to hear from candidates who are in middle management but feel they are ready to make the step up to a more senior position. You will inevitably have had the experience of performing the actual day to day job of a medical or pharmaceutical sales rep and know the environment inside out. To step up however, you will need more than just the ability to be an effective sales person. Other skills you may require include:
