Environmental Policy

Although a profit making organisation, the team at Advance Recruitment are all too aware of the environmental issues we currently face. Therefore we have introduced our own policy:

• All cartridges, toners etc are sent to the Roy Castle recycling appeal.
• All waste paper / card is sent for recycling.
• We aim to reduce paper consumption by 50% over the next 2 years.
• Employees are rewarded for being part of our "car share" initiative.
• A "bicycle allowance" is offered to employees who wish to cycle to work.
